В современных условиях повсеместной интеграции цифровизации в самые разнообразные сферы деятельности человека конкуренция приобретает новый характер. Быстроменяющиеся технологии влияют не только на эффективность отдельного бизнеса, но и на каждую страну и ее готовность к цифровому будущему. Способность адаптироваться к процессам глобализации и технологической трансформации сегодня является важнейшим фактором стабильного развития страны и формирования цифровой экономики. Цифровые преобразования, происходящие в мире, побуждают страны формировать и развивать новые конкурентные преимущества. С 2017 г. швейцарская бизнес-школа IMD публикует Мировой рейтинг цифровой конкурентоспособности, в котором оценивает преобразование экономик стран мира посредством внедрения цифровых технологий в практику правительства, бизнеса и общества в целом. Не вызывает сомнения тот факт, что те страны, которые создают и адаптируют новые технологии, проявляют гибкость к инновациям, продвигают границы знаний, будут демонстрировать высокие показатели цифровой конкурентоспособности. В статье проведен анализ положения Республики Казахстан в Мировом рейтинге цифровой конкурентоспособности с 2017 по 2019 гг. по основным показателям. Выявлены сильные стороны, по которым наша страна опережает мировых цифровых лидеров, а также определены слабые позиции, требующие особенного внимания со стороны государства и общества для повышения конкурентоспособности казахстанской цифровой экономики.
In modern conditions of the widespread integration of digitalization in the most diverse spheres of human activity, competition takes on a new character. Rapidly changing technologies affect not only the effectiveness of an individual business but also each country and its readiness for a digital future. The ability to adapt to the processes of globalization and technological transformation is the essential factor in the country's stable development and the formation of a digital economy. Digital transformations taking place in the world are encouraging countries to form and develop new competitive advantages. Since 2017, the Swiss business school IMD has been publishing the World Digital Competitiveness Rating, which assesses the transformation of the economies of the world through the introduction of digital technologies in the practice of government, business and society as a whole. There is no doubt that the countries that create and adopt new technologies show flexibility to innovations, push the boundaries of knowledge, will demonstrate high rates of digital competitiveness. This article analyzes the position of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the World ranking of digital competitiveness from 2017 to 2019 according to the leading indicators. The strengths have been identified on which our country is ahead of the global digital leaders. Moreover, identified weak positions, which are indicators that require special attention from the state and society to increase the competitiveness of the Kazakhstan digital economy.
