Основными направлениями в развитии сельскохозяйственного производства (агропромышленного комплекса) на современном этапе развития большинства экономических систем являются животноводство и растениеводство. Для Республики Казахстан оба направления являются основополагающими для соответствующей отрасли. Анализируя развитие экономики страны, можно заметить, что вышеназванные направления достаточно сильно видоизменились и видоизменяются с позиции реализации идей и проектов. Важнейшим решением в развитии современного агропромышленного комплекса выступило создание региональных агропромышленных корпораций (холдингов). В статье рассматриваются возможности внедрения мероприятий по повышению экономической эффективности деятельности товарищества с ограниченной ответственностью «Опытное хозяйство масличных культур». С целью увеличения уровня инновационного потенциала предприятия как одно из основных действий предполагается запуск дополнительного цеха для расширения рынков реализации продукции. По результатам исследования можно обоснованно аргументировать, что проект несет экономическую выгоду предприятию, достичь окупаемости предполагается в минимальные сроки. Также рассматривалась возможность роста кадрового потенциала. По результатам выполненных расчетов в научном исследовании уровень кадрового потенциала на современном этапе развития предприятия является средним. Внедрение предлагаемых мероприятий будет способствовать в дальнейшем повышению уровня инновационного потенциала данного предприятия.
The main directions in the development of agricultural production (agro-industrial complex) at the present stage of development of most economic systems are livestock and crop production. For the Republic of Kazakhstan, both directions are fundamental for the relevant industry. Analyzing the development of the country's economy, it can be seen that the above-mentioned areas have changed quite significantly and are changing from the position of implementing ideas and projects. The most important decision in the development of the modern agro-industrial complex was the creation of regional agro-industrial corporations (holdings). The article considers the possibilities of implementing measures to improve the economic efficiency of the limited liability partnership "Experimental oilseed farming". In order to increase the level of innovative potential of the enterprise, as one of the main actions, it is planned to launch an additional shop to expand the markets for the sale of products. Based on the results of the study, it can be reasonably argued that the project brings economic benefits to the enterprise, and it is expected to achieve payback in the shortest possible time. The possibility of increasing human resources was also considered. According to the results of calculations performed in the scientific research, the level of human resources potential at the present stage of enterprise development is average. The implementation of the proposed measures will further increase the level of innovative potential of this enterprise.
