Пример прояв­ления значительного рынка логистических услуг можно увидеть не только в промышленно развитых странах, но и в развивающихся странах Азии. В логистической цепи непрерывное развитие системы связано с линей­ными узловыми развитиями, здесь узловые линии рассматриваются как интегрированные логистические центры в морских портах. В настоящее время морская цепь поставок (Supply Chain) стала основной частью сети поставок. На основе исследования международных авторов разработана модель управления данными портами, приведены конкретные примеры управления портами и рекомендована модель управления для Ка­захстана. Целевые и пространственные функции морских портов влияют на изменения в законодатель­стве страны или транспорта города, района. Кроме того, они были созданы с целью выявления и дальнейшего экономического развития в целом. Таким образом, сухие порты способствуют достижению следующих действий: во-первых, сухие порты помогают повышению конкурентоспособности морских портов; во-вторых, они разрешают возникающие конфликтные задачи между недостаточно быстрой перевозкой грузов и их быстрого развития; и в-третьих, они помогают установить непрерывную связь между между морскими портами и сухими портами. На основе исследования зарубежных авторов разработана модель поведения сухих и морских портов. Приведены примеры развития сухих-морских портов на основе перспективы диады, автором на вышеуказанном примере рассмотрен потенциал и дальнейшее развитие деятельности морского порта Актау - Сухой порт Хоргос.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today there is a need for a wide range of complex global logistics. An example of a significant market for logistics services can be seen not only in industrialized countries, but also in developing countries of Asia. In the logistics chain, the continuous development of the system is connected with linear nodal developments, here the nodal lines are considered as integrated logistics centers in seaports. Currently, the sea supply chain has become a major part of the supply chain. Based on the research of international authors, a model of port data management has been developed, specific examples of port management are given, and a management model for Kazakhstan is recommended. The target and spatial functions of seaports affect the changes in the legislation of the country or the transport of the city or district. In addition, they were created to identify and further economic development in general. Thus, dry ports contribute to the following actions: firstly, dry ports help to improve the competitiveness of seaports; secondly, they resolve the emerging conflict problems between the inadequate transport of goods and their rapid development; and thirdly, they help establish a continuous link between sea ports and dry ports. Based on the study of foreign authors, a model of the behavior of dry and sea ports has been developed.
