В частности, целью исследования является определение конкурентных позиций предприятия, основывающееся на использовании пространственной модели (модель SPACE) и метода экспертных оценок с учетом факторов внутренней и внешней среды. Подходы к формированию стратегии развития предприятия предполагают определение методов формирования стратегии и результатов их использования. В работе использован метод экспертных оценок, включающий количественные и качественные методы исследования с применением анкетирования в качестве сбора первичных данных. Исходные данные были собраны с помощью анкеты, содержащей фиксированные вопросы с использованием шестибалльной шкалы, применена модель SPACE, позволяющая определить тип стратегии развития – наиболее оптимальный для предприятия с учетом параметров внешней среды и состояния внутренней среды. Авторами рекомендуются следующие стратегии интенсивного роста: 1) стратегия расширения границ рынка; 2) стратегия глубокого проникновения на рынок.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the study in the article is to consider new approaches to the formation of an enterprise development strategy (using the example of furniture production in the Pavlodar region). In particular, the purpose of the study is to assess the competitive position of the enterprise, based on the use of the method of expert assessments, taking into account the spatial model (Space Model) and factors of the internal and external environment. Approaches to the formation of an enterprise development strategy include determining the methods for formulating a strategy and the results of their application. When obtaining the initial data, the study used the method of expert assessments, including quantitative and qualitative research methods based on a questionnaire. The initial data was collected using a survey composed of preapproved questions using a six-point scale, the SPACE model was used, which allows determining the most optimal type of development strategy for the enterprise, taking into account the parameters of the external environment and the state of the internal environment.
