Реформа образования входит в число приоритетных задач страны и находится в перманентном состоянии почти треть века, но все же, несмотря на масштабные усилия по реформированию, качество образовательных услуг и ППС корпуса на всех уровнях образовательного рынка если и повысилось за последние десятилетия, то незначительно. Карантин, связанный с Covid-19 в Казахстане, стал тем объективом, который наглядно выя вил эти недостатки образования и показал ошибочность траектории ранее проводимых реформ, на которые часто уходило много времени, бюджетных средств в совокупности с их неэффективным использованием. Пандемия выявила самые слабые места в образовательной системе. Неготовность большинства педагогов к работе в онлайн-формате подтвердила, что мы были не готовы к переходу к цифровизации и беспрецедентным масштабным изменениям в эпоху глобализации в сфере образования. Выделение перспектив дальнейшего развития образовательного рынка в условиях социального дистанцирования и постпандемического периода является весьма актуальным. В современных условиях требований международного образования рынок казахстанского высшего образования приобрел много актуальных направлений и перспектив развития, но все же на сегодня многие методы, формы, механизмы, инструменты, организационно-структурные преобразования требуют своего улучшения и корректировки с учетом государственных приоритетов в области образования с национальными особенностями, научных исследований ученых, спроса потребителей, основных работодателей РВО и предложений со стороны вузов, которые зачастую не совпадают с равновесным спросом и предложением, поэтому данное исследование на сегодня актуально и требует дальнейших исследований и решения проблем по реализации образовательных трендов в Казахстане.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the best practices of trend development in higher education services. Education reform is among the country's priorities and has been in a permanent state for almost a third of a century, yet despite massive reform efforts, the quality of educational services and corps faculty at all levels of the education market has improved little, if at all, over the past decades. The quarantine related to Covid-19 in Kazakhstan became the lens that clearly revealed these shortcomings of education and showed the fallacy of the trajectory of previously implemented reforms, which often took so much time, budget funds combined with their inefficient use. The pandemic revealed the weakest points in the educational system, the unwillingness of most teachers to work in an online format and confirmed that we are definitely not ready for the transition of digitalization in the era of globalization 2.0 and has already become a catalyst for unprecedented large-scale changes in this area. Highlighting the prospects for further development of the educational market in the context of social distancing and the post-pandemic period is very relevant.
