В современном мире учет экологических, социальных и управленческих аспектов (ESG) становится основным условием обеспечения долгосрочной эффективности и устойчивости логистических систем. Основная цель исследования – сравнительный анализ принципов устойчивого развития в логистике на основе зарубежного и отечественного опыта, выявление их преимуществ и недостатков, представление путей эффективного применения в условиях Казахстана. Научная значимость статьи заключается в представлении комплексного подхода к внедрению принципов ESG путем рассмотрения логистических систем с точки зрения устойчивого развития. Это исследование вносит важный теоретический и практический вклад в область, где логистика и устойчивое развитие встречаются. Иностранные компании, такие как Amazon и Toyota, эффективно реализуют устойчивость логистики с помощью методов сокращения выбросов углерода, внедрения «зеленых» видов транспорта, автоматизации и «Lean logistics». А процесс внедрения принципов ESG в Казахстане только зарождается. По данным PwC, некоторые крупные компании и государственные учреждения добиваются положительных результатов благодаря соблюдению экологических стандартов, энергосбережению и использованию цифровых решений. В статье показано значение адаптации зарубежного опыта в совершенствовании отечественной логистической системы. Кроме того, результаты исследования доказывают, что Казахстан способствует достижению Целей устойчивого развития ООН (ЦУР). Ценность работы заключается в том, что она анализирует международный опыт и показывает возможность его адаптации к экономическим и инфраструктурным условиям Казахстана. Результаты исследования имеют практическое значение для логистических компаний, государственных органов и экспертов, поскольку их можно использовать для стратегического планирования, улучшения отчетности ESG, повышения экологической эффективности и адаптации к международным стандартам.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article examines the relevance of sustainable development management in logistics. In today’s world, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects are key to ensuring the long-term efficiency and stability of logistics systems. The main goal of the study is to compare sustainable development principles in logistics based on foreign and domestic experience, identify their advantages and disadvantages, and propose ways to effectively apply them in Kazakhstan. The scientific significance lies in presenting an integrated approach to ESG implementation by analyzing logistics systems from a sustainability perspective. The research contributes both theoretically and practically to the intersection of logistics and sustainable development. Foreign companies such as Amazon and Toyota effectively apply logistics sustainability through carbon reduction, “green” transport, automation, and “Lean logistics.” In Kazakhstan, ESG implementation is still emerging. According to PwC, some large companies and government agencies achieve positive results by following environmental standards, saving energy, and adopting digital solutions. The article emphasizes the importance of adapting foreign experience to improve the domestic logistics system and demonstrates Kazakhstan’s contribution to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The value of the research lies in showing how international experience can be adapted to Kazakhstan’s economic and infrastructural context.
