Многочисленные ученые и международные институты изучали различные аспекты того, как страны достигают и поддерживают технологическое лидерство. За последние два десятилетия обрабатывающая промышленность претерпела глубокую трансформацию, катализируемую быстрой интеграцией передовых цифровых технологий и инновационных стратегических подходов. В контексте глобальной конкуренции, меняющихся потребительских требований и императивов устойчивого развития производители вынуждены принимать инновационные стратегии, которые повышают производительность, гибкость и устойчивость. В статье рассматривается технологическое лидерство как ключевой фактор стимулирования национального инновационного развития. На основе анализа международных рейтингов и индикаторов инновационной активности проведено сопоставление топ-10 стран, демонстрирующих устойчивые позиции в области технологического прогресса, включая США, Китай, Южную Корею, Германию и другие ведущие экономики. Особое внимание уделено Казахстану, для которого выявлены текущие достижения и ограничения в сфере инноваций, патентной активности, НИОКР и экспорта высокотехнологичной продукции. В исследовании показано, что технологическое лидерство формируется через системное взаимодействие науки, образования, бизнеса и государства, а также через развитие цифровых платформ и индустриальных экосистем. Сравнительный анализ позволяет определить стратегические направления укрепления инновационного потенциала Казахстана в контексте глобальной конкуренции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Technological leadership is a key factor in the economic competitiveness and innovation potential of any country. Numerous scholars and international institutions have studied various aspects of how countries achieve and maintain technological leadership. Over the past two decades, the manufacturing industry has undergone a profound transformation, catalyzed by the rapid integration of advanced digital technologies and innovative strategic approaches. In the context of global competition, changing consumer demands, and sustainability imperatives, manufacturers are forced to adopt innovative strategies that enhance productivity, flexibility, and resilience. This article examines technological leadership as a key factor in stimulating national innovative development. Based on the analysis of international rankings and innovation indicators, a comparison is made of the top 10 countries demonstrating strong positions in technological progress, including the United States, China, South Korea, Germany, and other leading economies. Particular attention is paid to Kazakhstan, where current achievements and limitations in innovation, patent activity, R&amp;D, and high-tech exports are identified. The study demonstrates that technological leadership is formed through the systemic interaction of science, education, business, and government, as well as through the development of digital platforms and industrial ecosystems.
