В последние годы концепция устойчивого развития, ориентированная на сохранение экологического равновесия и социальную ответственность, приобретает особое значение и в логистической сфере. В связи с этим возрастают требования к энергосбережению, сокращению отходов, снижению экологического ущерба и рациональному использованию ресурсов. Для достижения этих целей все шире применяются современные технологии, в частности искусственный интеллект (ИИ). ИИ позволяет автоматизировать логистические операции, анализировать данные в режиме реального времени и оптимизировать процессы. В статье рассматриваются пути повышения эффективности логистических систем посредством интеграции технологий ИИ с принципами устойчивого развития. Цель исследования – определить роль ИИ в улучшении экологических, экономических и социальных показателей логистических систем. Основные направления анализа включают оптимизацию маршрутов, автоматизацию складских и транспортных операций, управление товарными запасами, прогнозирование спроса и цифровизацию цепочек поставок. Результаты исследования показывают, что решения на основе ИИ повышают эффективность логистики в среднем на 20–25%, снижают расход топлива и выбросы углекислого газа, а также сокращают время и затраты на доставку товаров. Кроме того, опыт казахстанских логистических компаний демонстрирует положительное влияние внедрения ИИ: ускорение процессов, экономию ресурсов и повышение качества обслуживания клиентов. Данное исследование раскрывает значимость технологий ИИ для обеспечения устойчивого развития в логистике и предлагает практические рекомендации по их внедрению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today, logistics is one of the main driving forces of the global economy and ensures the efficient functioning of global supply chains. In recent years, the concept of sustainable development, which emphasizes ecological balance and social responsibility, has become increasingly important in the logistics sector as well. Consequently, energy efficiency, waste reduction, minimizing environmental impact, and rational use of resources have become key priorities. To achieve these goals, modern technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), are being widely implemented. AI enables the automation of logistics operations, real-time data analysis, and process optimization. This article explores ways to enhance the efficiency of logistics systems by integrating AI technologies with sustainable development principles. The main goal of the research is to identify the role of AI in improving the environmental, economic, and social performance of logistics systems. Key areas of analysis include route optimization, automation of warehousing and transportation operations, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain digitalization. Research results show that AI-based solutions can increase logistics efficiency by an average of 20– 25%, reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions, and shorten delivery time and costs. Furthermore, the experience of Kazakhstani logistics companies demonstrates the positive effects of AI implementation, such as faster operations, resource savings, and improved customer service quality.
