<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the factors influencing the labour adaptation of persons with disabilities and their impact on employment processes based on qualitative analysis and typological grouping of semi-structured interviews. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of the inclusion of persons with disabilities in employment and to overcome existing social and organizational barriers. The aim of the study is to identify, systematize, and typologically group the factors of employment and labour adaptation of persons with disabilities based on the qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews. In this study, the term “typological grouping” refers to the consolidation of the identified factors into broader meaningful categories based on their substantive similarity and functional role in the process of labour adaptation. This approach does not constitute classical statistical cluster analysis, as it does not involve the application of quantitative clustering algorithms. Its purpose is to systematize qualitative data and develop a typology of labour adaptation factors. The study found that labour adaptation factors can be grouped into broader categories: motivational, social, organizational, and barrier-related factors. Motivational and social factors have the greatest influence, particularly internal motivation to work and support from family members and mentors. Organizational conditions also play a significant role, whereas barrier-related factors are less pronounced. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the systematization of factors and the application of a typological approach to their grouping. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the findings to the development of employment programmes and the creation of an inclusive environment.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лица с инвалидностью</kwd><kwd>трудовая адаптация</kwd><kwd>занятость</kwd><kwd>факторы адаптации</kwd><kwd>социальная поддержка</kwd><kwd>типологическая группировка</kwd><kwd>качественный анализ</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>persons with disabilities</kwd><kwd>work adaptation</kwd><kwd>employment</kwd><kwd>adaptation factors</kwd><kwd>social support</kwd><kwd>typological grouping</kwd><kwd>qualitative analysis</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Данное исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке Комитета науки Министерства образования и науки Республики Казахстан (грант № AP 26194469 «Интеграция лиц с инвалидностью (ЛСИ) на рынок труда: разработка комплексной программы по трудовой адаптации»)</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Schloemer-Jarvis A., Bader B., Böhm S.A.
