В статье проведен анализ зарубежной и отечественной литературы, которая затрагивает вопросы изучения механизма управления и их воздействия на инновационные процессы. Авторами выявлены основные проблемы механизма управления инновационными процессами в предпринимательстве, даются рекомендации по управлению инновационным процессом в предпринимательстве региона. В настоящее время большое внимание следует уделить инновационному развитию предприятий. Особенно актуальным является изучение инновационных процессов предпринимательства региона. Для функционирования инновационных процессов требуется создание механизмов контроля. Эти механизмы позволяют компаниям перейти на новый уровень развития: производство конкурентоспособных продуктов и услуг, выход на внешние рынки. Механизм инновационного менеджмента в предпринимательстве, предлагаемый авторами, способствует решению приоритетных задач и задач региона по росту конкурентоспособности и доступу на межрегиональные и международные рынки.
