Technological innovations aimed at nature conservation

Abstract

This article discusses that currently “green” technologies are being actively implemented in the work of hotels and restaurants. The author also noted that customers are willing to pay for “clean” tourism. Currently, more than 200 hotels in Europe are marked eco, and this figure is constantly growing. Modern economical eco-technologies contribute to the promotion of hotels and restaurants in Kazakhstan in this direction and have a positive impact on the environmental environment of our Republic. In the article, the author proposed several recommendations for the preservation of the environment and nature, in particular, to consider a set of measures for the conscious use of energy resources and its systematic implementation. For example, the issues of energy saving and energy efficiency, the introduction of new technologies and innovations that allow rational use of energy resources, reducing the use of resources such as water, heat and electricity, the use of environmentally friendly natural materials in construction, the use of works of art by local artists in the design of rooms. The guest menu is based on fresh local products, including bio-produced products. It is the matter of the fact that the introduction of cost- effective innovative technologies in the activities of hotels and restaurants has a positive impact on the environment.
