Проблемы и факторы, влияющие на развитие принципов циркулярной экономики в Казахстане

Многие страны приступили к формированию новых концепций эффективного управления, позволяющих одновременно поддерживать экосистему планеты и обеспечивать экономический рост, в результате чего была разработана модель циркулярного цикла (circular economy) экономики. Стратегии перехода к циркулярной модели были приняты на государственном уровне в Европейском союзе, Китае, Японии, Южной Корее. Целью исследования является формирование механизма циркулярной бизнес-модели с целью повышения уровня эффективности деятельности АПК с учетом проблем и факторов, влияющих на развитие циркулярной экономики. Определение наиболее целесообразного метода трансформации бизнес-модели предприятия по комплексным эколого-экономическим критериям и формирование комплексного механизма развития циркулярной модели предприятия является важной научно-практической задачей, требующей немедленного решения. Ценность проведенного исследования заключается в разработке механизмов перехода сельскохозяйственных предприятий к циркулярной модели и формировании оптимальной циркулярной модели. Практической значимостью результатов работы являются республиканские и региональные органы власти, разрабатывающие региональные программы и проекты по развитию замкнутого цикла экономики, а также агропромышленные предприятия и компании, занимающиеся вопросами устойчивого развития и проблемами управления отходами производства.
