Жасыл көлік дәліздерінің Қазақстанның Орталық Азиядағы тұрақты бәсекелік артықшылықтарын қалыптастырудағы рөлі

Мақалада Қазақстанның қолда бар көлік-логистикалық инфрақұрылымын Орталық Азия аймағында бәсекелік артықшылық көзіне айналдыру әлеуетіне эмпирикалық-талдамалық бағалау ұсынылады. 2020– 2024 жж. көрсеткіштерін салыстыру және кейс-талдау нәтижелері еліміздің инфрақұрылымдық қорының айтарлықтай жоғары екенін – теміржол желісінің кеңдігі, Каспий арқылы порттық байланыс, Қытаймен негізгі шекаралық өткелдердің болуы – және олардың транзит көлемдерінің едәуір өсуіне ықпал етіп отырғанын көрсетеді. Технологиялық және институционалдық өзгерістерді талдау операцияларды цифрландырудың (электрондық рәсімдеу және трекинг платформалары), теміржолдың белгілі бір бөлігінің электрлендірілуінің және жаңартылатын энергия бастамаларының кеңеюінің ілгерілеп жатқанын айқындайды.
