In 2001, Dina Ibragimovna Razakova entered the postgraduate program at the Republican State Enterprise "Research Institute of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development." In 2007, she successfully defended her dissertation for the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on the topic “Price Formation for Grain and Its Processed Products.” By the decision of the Committee for Supervision and Attestation in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2007 (protocol No. 9), she was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty “08.00.05 – Economics and Management of the National Economy.
In 2010, she was admitted to the PhD doctoral program in the educational track "6D051100 – Marketing" at T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University. In December 2013, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "The Food Grain Market: Economic Mechanism of Formation and Development Prospects." By the decision of the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Order No. 532 dated March 27, 2014), she was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty "6D051100 – Marketing."
In 2023, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Order No. 300 dated June 22, 2023). Since December 13, 2023, she has been a full member of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Kazakhstan (Certificate No. 048).
As of March 1, 2024, she is a corresponding member of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Protocol No. 40-02 dated March 1, 2024).
Dina Ibragimovna Razakova is the author of over 200 scientific and publicistic articles, 1 textbook recommended by the Educational and Methodological Association for the "Business and Management" training direction of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 3 study guides, 5 analytical monographs, 2 research projects, and more than 5 certificates of authorship. She also has over 10 publications indexed in international citation databases such as Web of Science and Scopus. Her Hirsch index is 4.
Her works include titles such as "Analysis of the Socio-Economic Development of Almaty for 2004–2013" (2015), "Anatomy of Ethnopolitics" (2015), "Investment Guide. To date, Dina Ibragimovna Razakova’s scientific, pedagogical, and public activities remain active and are focused on continuous self-development.
Since 2021, she has been a member of the editorial board of the Bulletin of Turan University. Prior to that, she served on the editorial boards of the journals Problems of the Agrarian Market and State Audit.
Since 2010, she has been an active member of the Science Council of the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation. As part of this role, she has actively contributed to the implementation of various projects, including:
- 2016–2019: Republican Student Olympiad "Zhas Tolkyn" organized by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation
- 2016–2022: Member of the expert group for selecting projects in the Republican Contest for the Best Student Research Work in Natural, Technical, and Humanitarian Sciences "Scientists of the Future" held by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation
- 2016–2022: Member of the expert group for selecting talented students in the annual Republican Student Scholarship Competition of the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation
- 2017–2022: Initiator and member of the organizing committee of the Republican contest "Science Slam – Kazakhstan" organized by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation
- 2017–2019: Head of the Economics, Business, and Entrepreneurship section at the "Burabay Forum: International Cooperation of Kazakhstan," organized by the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy
- 2020: Member of the organizing committee of the International Online Forum of Young Scientists "The Nazarbayev Model – A Strategic Response to the Challenges of the 21st Century" and other nationwide projects
Since 2017, Dina Ibragimovna Razakova has been a member of the Academic Council of Turan University. She has been the initiator and organizer of several projects implemented at the university, including:
- From 2018 to 2021: Participation in and organization of the Youth Forum of Transport Specialists "KAZLOGISTICS" in partnership with stakeholders, hosted at Turan University
- In 2019: Initiated the opening of the first Apple Digital Lab in Kazakhstan
- In 2019: As part of the Apple Digital Lab project for children and youth, provided access to Apple’s educational programs and launched the "Everyone Can Code" and "Everyone Can Create" courses in Kazakhstan
- In 2019: Initiated the opening of the National Logistics Certification Center in Kazakhstan under the European Logistics Association (ELA) at Turan University. This center is the first and only one of its kind in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that the ELA opens only one representative office per country, making the Logistics Certification Center at Turan University the first and only in both Kazakhstan and Central Asia
- In 2017: Participated in the founding team of the Kazakhstan Marketing Association Laboratory. The Kazakhstan Marketing Association (KMA) actively conducts events for both education and business. The association also established the Marketing Club "Marketing Environment"
- In 2020: Initiated and organized the Festival of Entrepreneurial Ideas, held with the support of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" in Almaty, the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation, and the Kazakhstan Marketing Association
- In 2022: Co-initiated the establishment of the NGO "Association of University Business Incubators and Accelerators of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and other nationwide projects
